Most payment is authorized by the agency or attorney requesting the evaluation. Insurance payment is ONLY accepted through Kaiser Medical Insurance. Cash payment arrangements can sometimes be made, depending on the situation. FAA Evaluations are on a private-pay basis, arranged at the time of referral.
